Group and individual commitments

“Ascot” on this website refers to the group of companies. For a concrete communication or commitment, “Ascot” refers exclusively to the company mentioned in the document in question. The companies do not automatically commit themselves jointly or jointly to each other's commitments.

Independent partners can communicate on behalf of an Ascot company. Their mandate does not create a broader commitment than that confirmed in writing.

Real estate communications

Sales plans, areas, prices, availability, 3D visualizations, timing, return scenarios and quality claims are indicative as long as they are not confirmed in contract documents. Permits, implementation plans, specifications, reservation documents, agreements and notarial deeds may contain their own priority rules.

A waiting list shows interest and does not constitute a reservation, purchase promise or other commitment. Possible investment information is not a public offer, investment advice or return guarantee.

Orders and purchase conditions

Orders and contracts are only binding when confirmed in writing by an authorized director, central purchasing department or specifically authorized employee. Delivery notes and invoices state the order form number when it was provided.

If no other payment term has been expressly agreed, the published group terms and conditions apply 60 days at the end of the month after correct delivery and payment. Delivered goods and work equipment must comply with applicable safety, welfare and environmental regulations and, where required, be CE compliant.

Commercial sales terms and project-specific provisions are recorded exclusively in the relevant quotation, order or agreement. Belgian law applies to disputes and, unless mandatory law or an agreement provides otherwise, the courts of Bruges have jurisdiction.
